1. Free Reservations and Order Cancellations
Reserving a Kiwii Move spot by email is free. No payment is collected, no product order is created, and no charge is authorized. There is no reservation payment to refund.
The standard launch benefit is USD $100 off when ordering opens. Any different offer shown and confirmed at signup will be honored as recorded. We will email the product price, discount and redemption details before you decide whether to buy. A promotional discount has no cash refund value.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing does not remove an earned launch benefit or your privacy rights. For help with your free reservation, email founders@kiwii.ai from the address you used to sign up.
If you later place a product order, you must expressly authorize payment at checkout. We never automatically charge you because you reserved a spot. Before shipment, you may cancel an order for a full refund of all amounts collected for that order, including paid taxes and other charges, with no cancellation fee. Email founders@kiwii.ai with your order number and purchase email. We issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of your request, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
If you already paid under an earlier offer, your original benefits, cancellation and refund protections remain in effect. Contact founders@kiwii.ai with your confirmation and purchase email for help. This policy does not retroactively reduce your rights or turn money paid into a non-refundable promotional benefit.
2. 30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
All returns must be authorized before you ship anything back. Email founders@kiwii.ai with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label. Units sent back without authorization may be refused.

In every case in this Section 2:
- Return shipping is your responsibility. We provide a prepaid label so you get our carrier rate, and we deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. You will see the exact amount before you ship.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law.
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the unit, to the original payment method, within 5–10 business days of approval.
This Section 2 applies to returns because you changed your mind. If your board arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, this Section does not apply — see our Limited Warranty policy, which sets out how we handle arrival issues and who pays shipping.
After 30 days, the right to return the product because you changed your mind ends. Support after that point is provided under our Limited Warranty policy.
Not eligible for return: items damaged after delivery, units that have been modified or opened for service by anyone other than Kiwii, and items marked final sale at the time of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
3. Refunds
For cancellations before shipment, the refund timing in Section 1 applies. For returns after delivery, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval after we receive and inspect the unit. Any shorter legal deadline controls. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
